like a dummy

…I killed my morning buzz by reading some news stuff today & watching a popular video going around the Internet, involving John Kerry, some college kid & Greg Palast’s latest book.  “Armed Madhouse.”
Which I’ve read. Fortunately, I didn’t bring the book with me & go hear John Kerry speak.
Although I did go wait in the lounge of a bar for over 2 hours for Dennis Kucinich to arrive, back in 2004.

The premise of the book is that there’s tons of proof that the second presidential election in a row…was stolen. And it was wondered why Kerry “took a dive” the morning after the election, before all the votes were counted, especially since there were tons of reports coming in about shenanigans in some states.

And that the tug-o-war in Mesopotamia, is between neocons who want to flood the markets with oil & bust OPEC,…and the oil companies who want to determine the amount of oil that comes out of the ground & is placed on the market,…to keep prices high, & create the illusion of scarcity. I guess that’s the real battle.

And, apparently when push comes to shove, VP Darth, will side with the oil companies.

The downside for neoliberalism & neocon foreign policy … is that it gets thwarted in the sense that so long as oil prices stay high, the country of power which can drill the best oil & the most oil, so long as prices are above $30,…is Venezuela. Not the Middle East.

And, since Chavez is a populist leader, not a dictator; rather than pilfer billions for himself, he’s empowering Latin America, with all his monetary aid, which is a result of getting windfall profits from high oil prices.

So, as usual, certain global elite conspiracies get thwarted by too many conflicts of interest,
…not to mention thwarted by the power of love, divine intervention, helpful angels,
& the ever growing number of people empowering themselves, applying “The Secret”,
or whatever; so that they have the power of the Universe at their fingertips, etc…

It’s sort of like the supposed “bad guys” are thwarted in the sense that they’re throwing punches, … but the punches are weak, … ’cause they’re unable to ever really sink their weight … and access explode power,… as someone talking kung fu jargon might say…

It’s too bad that the kid that got zapped, isn’t apparently a hugely likable character as seems to be shown by the Rude Pundit,…and his link … HERE.

Anyway.

I gotta get the kids soon. Another grading day. Can’t have another beer now.
Or anymore smoke. Oh, well. I’ll wait.

Man,… I can’t believe I keep gravitating towards negative, stupid news.

Gotta read more about Framework 2. From Seth.

bbl…
